I don't do much for St.Paddy's day. So here is a super simple dessert for any of you hosting a St.Patricks day party this year... or even just a special after dinner treat for your family.
I'm not spending a lot of time on this, so store bought it is. No need to tell ;)
Buy your favourite chocolate mint ice cream. Add a box of fudgy brownie mix to your shopping basket and a can of 'real' whipped cream. As real as it can get from a can anyway lol.
Bake up your brownies in muffin tins. They will be already portioned for you when you are ready to assemble the sundaes.
Layer the brownies in a pretty glass with whipped cream and mint chocolate ice cream. Add a chocolate coin and you've got a super quick, yet festive St.Patricks day dessert!
