Lemon Drops


I did up a batch of gumdrops in preparation for my little guys upcoming birthday party.  Sweet lemon flavoured!  Gumdrops are very easy to make.  I used the recipe that I shared with you previously, but used yellow food colouring, the rind of one lemon and 1/2 tsp of lemon extract for the flavouring.

Aren't they pretty?  They taste great too!  Once again, you can find the gumdrop recipe here.
